on September 15, 1999, has not received a final inspection by the City of Tukwila Building Division as of
the date of this letter.
Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the building
official under the provision of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the building
or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from the date of such permit, or if
the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time for a period of 180
days, after the work is commenced.
Based on the above, if the final inspection is not called for within ten (10) business days from the date of
this letter, the Permit Center will close your file and the work completed to date will be considered non-
complying and not in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and /or Mechanical Code.

Non - Residential Sewer Use Certification
(To be completed for all new sewer connections, reconnections or change of use of existing connections.
This form does not apply to repairs or replacements of existing sewer connections.)
Pursuant to King County Ordinance No. 11034, all sewer customers who establish a new service which uses metropolitan sewage
facilities after February 1, 1990 shall be subject to a capacity charge. The amount of the charge is established annually by the King
County Council but Is limited by state law to $10.50 per month per residential customer or residential customer equivalent for a period
of fifteen years. The purpose of the charge is to recover costs of providing sewage treatment capacity for new sewer qustomers. The
charge is collected semi-annually. All future billings can be prepaid at a discounted amount.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
A. The contractor shall investigate and verify locations of structural, mechanical and
electrical elements and other existing conditions prior to drilling or cutting of slabs or
structural members. Notify the Architect of any conflicts prior to beginning work.
B. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all wall blocking as required for all
wall and ceiling mounted items.
C. AI! construction shall be stabilized against lateral movement in accordance with the
requirements of the latest adopted edition of the UBC in the local jurisdiction.

GENERAL FINISH NOTES
