Mayor Pro Tempore Hernandez called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:30
p.m. directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
Melissa Hart, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present were: Councilmembers Joe Duffie,
Pam Linder, Dennis Robertson, Verna Griffin, Kathy Hougardy, De'Sean Quinn.

Rhonda Berry, City Administrator; Shawn Hunstock, Finance Director; Mary Miotke, IT Director; Kimberly
Matej, Council Analyst; Melissa Hart, Deputy City Clerk.
a. Approval of Vouchers #347363 347545 and #200906221 200906223 in the amount of
$1,044,926.52
MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY GRIFFIN THAT THE CONSENT AGENDA BE APPROVED AS
SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED 7 -0.
ADJOURNMENT
9:31 P.M. MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY GRIFFIN THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL BE ADJOURNED. MOTION CARRIED 7 -0.
