CITY OF TUKWILA CO <br />AND WATER DISTRICT NO. 25 <br />AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE WATER SERVICE <br />A & FILE <br />DATE /U -y_ F= <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day of (Li 1 ,y, <br />between Water District No. Z5, King County, and the City of TuKwiia, <br />WHEREAS, Water District No. 25 and the City of Tukwila are corporations <br />organized under the laws of the State of Washington; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Department of Social and Health Services recommends <br />Water Service Agreements between adjacent water utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the comprehensive planning of the service area of Water District <br />No. 25 anticipates such needs; and <br />NOW THEREFORE it is hereby agreed as follow: <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br />The City of Tukwila will provide the following <br />service to Water District No. 25. <br />Upon declaration that an emergency exists by Water <br />District No. 25, the City of Tukwila will provide <br />water to Water District No. 25. The District will <br />notify Tukwila within 24 hours of establishing the <br />service. <br />Location of connection (P.R.V. Vault) will be: <br />South 116th Street 44th Avenue South <br />(Approximately). <br />Size and type of pressure reducing valve will be: <br />N/A <br />P.R.V. Number or identification: N/A <br />P.R.V. will be owned by: Water District No. 25 <br />P.R.V. will be maintained by: Water District No. <br />25 <br />P.R.V. will be paid for by: Water District No. 25 <br />(Based on May 12, 1988 letter See Attachment <br />After completion and acceptance of the intertie, <br />the City of Tukwila will identify the costs for <br />design and construction of this P.R.V. and invoice <br />(separate from water usage charges) Water District <br />No. 25 per the payment schedule identified in th <br />May 12, 1988 letter (Attachment "A <br />Hydraulic gradient provided by the City of Tukwila <br />will be: <br />
