II. COST OF WATER <br />CITY OF TUKWILA AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE WATER SERVICE <br />TO WATER DISTRICT NO. 25 Continued <br />Page 2 <br />The transfer of water service of Water District <br />No. 25 from the Seattle Water Department tap /meter <br />to the City of Tukwila intertie shall be effective <br />August 1, 1988. <br />Charges for water will be based upon: <br />A. Water District No. 25 shall furnish the <br />City with the "purchase of water" <br />records (by month) from all sources for <br />the years 1986 and 1987. <br />B. Water District No. 25 shall furnish the <br />City with the "old water" schedule as <br />used by the Seattle Water Department <br />to determine the "new water <br />C. Water District No. 25 shall furnish for <br />the years 1986 and 1987 the district <br />customer billings for volume of metered <br />water consumed (by month or billing <br />cycle). <br />The City of Tukwila will bill Water District No. <br />25 monthly for the volume of water purchased. <br />This will be calculated as follows: <br />1. Based on the volume of water for 1986 <br />and 1987 identified in "2 -C" above, <br />divided by 24, Water District No. 25 <br />will be billed and pay the City of <br />Tukwila for water consumed monthly, a <br />prorated 1 /24th of the 1986/1987 actual <br />water consumption. <br />2. Thereafter, .commencing in 1989, current <br />estimated billings will be based on <br />1 /12th of the prior years comsumption <br />history (i.e. 1988). <br />3. Every six (6) months, ending in the <br />months of June and December (first <br />report due December 31, 1988), Water <br />District No. 25 will submit to the <br />City of Tukwila a copy of complete meter <br />readings and summarized total metered <br />consumption for Water District No. 25 <br />for the prior six (6) month consumption <br />period. <br />4. The City of Tukwila will bill Water <br />District No. 25 on the Seattle Water <br />
