It <br />is my understanding that you will present this <br />agreement to the Utilities Committee at their meeting <br />on October 3, 1988; and that you will recommend to the <br />Committee that the agreement be adopted by the City <br />Council. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of Resolution #28 <br />signed by the Commissioners which authorizes Tukwila to <br />act as an agent for Water District 25 and to enter into <br />an agreement with Horton Dennis Associates, Inc., <br />regarding the engineering of an intertie with <br />Burlington Northern Railroad.
