Dear Mr. Fraser: <br /> County Water District. <br />12084 44th Place South <br />Seattle, Washington 98178 <br />(206) 762 -8845 <br />September 28, 1988 <br />Phil Fraser, Sr. Engineer <br />Tukwila Dept. of Public Works <br />6300 Southcenter Blvd. <br />Tukwila, Washington 98188 <br />Re: Agreement to Provide Water Service <br />and Authorization for Engineering <br />As we agreed at our meeting of September 26, <br />1988, I have enclosed the copy of the AGREEMENT TO <br />PROVIDE WATER SERVICE which has been signed by the <br />Commissioners of King County Water District #25. It <br />is my understanding that you will present this <br />agreement to the Utilities Committee at their meeting <br />on October 3, 1988; and that you will recommend to the <br />Committee that the agreement be adopted by the City <br />Council. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of Resolution #28 <br />signed by the Commissioners which authorizes Tukwila to <br />act as an agent for Water District 25 and to enter into <br />an agreement with Horton Dennis Associates, Inc., <br />regarding the engineering of an intertie with <br />Burlington Northern Railroad.
