<br />RESOLUTION #28 <br />By resolution of the Board of Commissioners of <br />King County Water District #25, it is hereby resolved <br />that the City of Tukwila is authorized to act as an <br />agent for Water District 25 and to enter into <br />agreements, as necessary, to complete the Water <br />District 25 /Tukwila /Burlington Northern Railroad <br />intertie. <br />The City of Tukwila is also authorized to <br />demand and recieve advance funds on deposit from <br />Burlington Northern RR for the design and construction <br />of the intertie and to invoice BN directly for any <br />additional monies due. <br />Water District 25 reserves the right to approve <br />the final design and contract for construction prior to <br />the start of construction. <br />Adopted this 2,e)Y day of September, 1988. <br />Pamela J.
