(continued) <br />CITY OF TUKWILA <br />TUKWILA 205 PROJECT,INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />(d) Measures for erosion control of all levee segments <br />within the TUKWILA 205 PROJECT area, such as slope <br />protection in the form of gabion walls (where <br />constructed as part of the project improvements), or as <br />provision of vegetative ground covers consistent with <br />the standards set forth in Section 4.06 of the CORPS <br />O &M MANUAL. The DISTRICT has no further obligation <br />to provide for landscaping improvements, plantings, <br />shrubs, trees, ground covers, park improvements, <br />recreational trails, other recreational facilities or <br />improvements, or any other landscape features included <br />within the project definition and referenced or listed <br />in addition to such erosion control measures in Sections <br />1.05, 1.06.c, 2.01.d, 4.03.a(1)(a),(b), and /or 4.06.a,b <br />of the CORPS' O &M MANUAL. <br />As local sponsor of the TUKWILA 205 PROJECT, TUKWILA will retain <br />sole responsibility for all other provisions, costs, <br />requirements, and obligations set forth in the January 31, 1991 <br />Local Cooperation Agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, including all other provisions of the CORPS' O &M <br />MANUAL for the TUKWILA 205 PROJECT which are not specifically set <br />forth as responsibilities of the DISTRICT. <br />
