Program Summary: In the original Scope of Work, the City outlined plans for a Waste <br />Prevention Program, a Residential Program and a Business Program. This Revised Scope <br />of Work is comprehensive and includes all of the components of the original Scope of <br />Work which have been revised and expanded as described herein. The City undertook the <br />Waste Prevention Program in 1997 and may fund a similar program in 1998; the <br />Residential Program has been revised and expanded to include grasscycling promotion and <br />a pilot class, and to add a subtask for the City's 1998 Special Recycling Event; and funds <br />have been added to the City's Business Program. <br />1 <br />
