There is added to K.C.C. 4.18 a new section to read <br />14 as follows: <br />15 Accomplishment of utilization goals. A. For all contracts. accomplishment of <br />16 utilization goals established by this chapter shall be based on the dollar amount of the <br />17 contract in question. Accomplishment of the goals shall be calculated in the following <br />18 manner: <br />19 1. Ciencral The dollar value of any and all contracts awarded by a contract <br />20 awarding authority to a minorityiwomen's business shall be counted towards accomplishment <br />21 of the applicable utilization goals. <br />22 a.
