(F) Provide to Renton a means by which Renton can obtain authority from <br />Des Moines to medically furlough the Identified Offender should that offender need <br />medical attention from an outside medical facility <br />(G) Provide a 7 -day supply of medications for those Identified Offenders who <br />are taking medications at the time of transfer Said supply must be for 7 days PLUS the <br />number of days the Identified Offender will be held in the Renton Jail. <br />(H) Reimburse Renton for any medications purchased for Identified Offenders <br />if the supply identified above is not provided. <br />(I) Maintain insurance as set out below <br />SECTION 4. Renton's Obligation. <br />In consideration of the promises of Tukwila and Des Moines, respectively, set <br />forth herein, and payment of the amounts set forth herein, Renton will. <br />(A) Provide temporary detention of Identified Offenders for up to 72 hours, <br />pending transportation to Yakima County jail. <br />(B) Provide any in -house medical attention that may be required by Identified <br />Offenders. <br />(C) Provide a monthly bilking based on the payment schedule set forth herein. <br />(D) Provide transportation of Identified Offenders to the transfer point with <br />Yakima County <br />The City of Renton reserves the right to refuse the transfer to the Renton jail of <br />any Identified Offender <br />SECTION 5. Payment Schedule: <br />The following amounts are per Identified Offender <br />$25 00 per Identified Offender where that person is in Renton jail for less than 24 <br />hours AND is not detained in the Renton jail overnight. <br />$50 00 per Identified Offender where that person is in Renton Jail for less than 24 <br />hours AND is detained in the Renton jail overmght; OR is detained in the Renton jail for <br />a 24 hour penod. <br />Interlocal Agreement <br />For Temporary Custody p. 3 of 8 <br />
