John Doe <br />For persons serving the one and two day commitments pursuant to the mandatory DUI sentence grid who <br />report directly from the community to the Jail for incarceration, inmate day shall not be defined <br />according to Section 1 8 of the Agreement. Instead, inmate day shall be defined as a twenty -four hour <br />period beginning at the time of booking.
