unworkable and infeasible, is found to seriously affect the consideration, and is inseparably <br />connected to the remainder of the contract, the entire Contract is deemed void. <br />ARTICLE 15. Entire Agreement. <br />This Contract constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties <br />relating to the specific matters covered in this Contract. All prior or contemporaneous verbal <br />or written agreements, understandings, representations or practices relative to the foregoing <br />are superseded, revoked and rendered ineffective for any purpose. This Contract may be <br />altered, amended or revoked only as set forth in Article 11.
