whether Full Supply or Interruptible Supply, expressed in millions of gallons per day. <br />Demand Share is calculated according to the Rate Calculation Methodology. <br />"Dual Majority Vote" means Board approval of a proposal on the basis of a simple <br />majority of all Members, allowing one vote per Member, together with a simple majority of <br />all Members on the basis of each Member's Weighted Vote. A "simple majority" means a <br />majority of all Members of Cascade, not just the Members present and voting. <br />"65% Dual Majority Vote" means Board approval of a proposal on the basis of a <br />65% supermajority of all Members, allowing one vote per Member, together with 65% <br />supermajority of all Members on the basis of each Member's Weighted Vote. A <br />supermajority" means 65% of all Members of Cascade, not just the Members present and <br />voting. <br />"Founding Member" means the City of Bellevue, Covington Water District, the City <br />of Issaquah, the City of Kirkland, the City of Redmond, Sammamish Plateau Water and <br />Sewer District, Skyway Water and Sewer District, and the City of Tukwila. <br />"Gross Cascade Revenue" means all of the earnings and revenues received by <br />Cascade from any source whatsoever including but not limited to: (a) Member Charges; (b) <br />revenues from the sale, lease or furnishing of other commodities, services, properties or <br />facilities; (c) the receipt of earnings from the investment of money in any maintenance fund or <br />similar fund; (d) and withdrawals from any rate reserve or rate stabilization fund or account. <br />However, Gross Cascade Revenue shall not include: (a) principal proceeds of Bonds <br />or any other borrowings, or earnings or proceeds from any investments in a trust, defeasance <br />or escrow fund created to defease or refund obligations relating to the Water Supply System <br />Cascade Interlocal Contract -3- <br />Amended and Restated <br />October 26, 2011 <br />
