entity for water or other utility service. Except as approved by the Board, Operations and <br />Maintenance Costs shall not include any depreciation, capital additions or capital <br />replacements to the Supply System. <br />"Rates and Charges" means the rates and charges (not including RCFCs) chargeable <br />to each Member using the Rate Calculation Methodology plus any late payment or other <br />charge that may be due. <br />"Rate Calculation Methodology" means the method of setting Rates and Charges <br />adopted by the Board in accordance with Section 7.5 <br />"Regional Capital Facilities Charges" "RCFCs means the charges to each <br />Member for new CERUs connected to that Member's water distribution system. <br />"Regional Capital Facilities Charge Methodology" ("RCFC Methodology <br />means the method of determining the RCFCs adopted by the Board in accordance with <br />Section 5.5. <br />"Satellite Systems" means water supply facilities identified as such by the Board, <br />including but not limited to facilities that serve a portion of a Member's customers but that are <br />not part of the Member's main water system. <br />"Seattle Contract Purveyor" or "Seattle Contract Purveyors" means a Member <br />that is or was a party to The City of Seattle Water Purveyor Contracts, Version A or Version <br />B, dated November 1981 (as amended) executed prior to July 1, 1998. <br />"Supply Commitment" means the obligation undertaken by Cascade, established by <br />Resolution of the Board to supply water to a Member. With respect to Members, that <br />Cascade Interlocal Contract -5 <br />Amended and Restated <br />October 26, 2011 <br />
