The need for post deployment interval screening will be determined by the presence <br />of symptoms or based upon mission risk assessment by the Incident Support Team Medical <br />and Safety Officers and consultants like CDC, NIOSH, OSHA, and EPA. <br />Vaccinations and TB Screening <br />PPD (TB skin Test) annually <br />Influenza A B (Seasonal) <br />Tetanus Toxoid or teanus /diptheria (Td) every 10 years <br />MMR (measles, Mumps and Rubella) <br />Polio (OPV or eIPV) <br />Hepatitis A B <br />Varicella (or personal history of illness or prior antibody titer) <br />Documentation of MMR, polio, hepatitis A &B and varicella by reported history and signed by <br />the Authorized member should be reasonable proof of vaccination if other documentation is not <br />available. <br />Vaccination declination must be documented in TF occupational health records. <br />25 <br />
