Banners are allowed for coming soon, grand opening, or store closing advertisements only. <br />Banners shall be permitted to be up for a maximum of 30 consecutive days, after which they <br />must be removed for a minimum of 30 consecutive days before a new banner is installed. <br />10. Entrance and Service Door Signs <br />a. White cut vinyl lettering only, shall be permitted on glass doors within the limits set forth herein: <br />i. 144 square inches per entrance in lettering not to exceed two inches (2 ") in height, <br />indicating hours of business, emergency telephone numbers, security sticker, etc. <br />ii. All lettering shall be white vinyl lettering on face of door. <br />iii. Door is typical non - customer type for receiving merchandise at rear of building. <br />11. Grandfathered Signs <br />a. All existing tenant signs that have been installed prior to June 1, 2014, and do not conform to the <br />Master Sign Program Exhibits D and E shall be allowed to remain as is with no changes required. <br />Any future tenants that move in to the Parkway Super Center, or if an existing tenant updates <br />their current signage, said sign shall be required to be brought into conformance of the Master <br />Sign Program Exhibits D and E at that time. <br />12. Prohibited Signs <br />a. The following types of signs are prohibited unless specifically approved by the Landlord or <br />Landlord's Agent, and the reviewing jurisdiction on an individual basis. <br />i. Roof mounted signs <br />ii. Signs employing moving or flashing lights <br />iii. Signs employing exposed conduit <br />iv. Signs of box or cabinet type with internal lighting <br />v. Skeletal neon type signs <br />vi. Moving Signs <br />vii. Paper, cardboard or painted signs <br />viii. Audible Signs <br />ix. Portable signs, including, but not limited to auto, truck or trailer mounted signs and a -board <br />type signs <br />x.
