Findings <br />Vicinity /Site Description <br />Project Description <br />This project seeks to transform a vacant lot into a 62,337 sq. ft. five- story, 92 -unit Holiday Inn Express hotel <br />located at 90 Andover Park E (the SE corner of Tukwila Parkway and Andover Park East). The project includes <br />frontage improvements along Andover Park E and Christensen Road, 98 parking spaces including a shared <br />parking lot along Christensen Road for hotel guests and access to the Green River Trail, landscaping, and <br />improvements to the vehicular and pedestrian circulation. The site will be accessed by one driveway on Andover <br />Park East and two on Christensen Road (see Attachment A). <br />Figure 1. Project location <br />Figure 2.
