• Exploring how COPCAB can complement /integrate Tukwila Municipal Code, Committee <br />Bylaws, the Department's 2015 Goals, Strategic Plan to serve as a basis for, <br />• Membership establishing COPCAB's 2015 Goals, <br />• Consider interaction w/ appropriate COT Departments, Committees & Boards, Code <br />Enforcement, and Communications /TukTV..., <br />• Certify membership as per OPMA & Open Public Records training by HR <br />• Create task forces as appropriate <br />• Assist with survey distribution <br />• What about electronic? City has FB, web page. Also community festivals, e -mail, <br />web page. Consider keeping it as a standing survey so folks can fill it out any <br />time.... Possibly could become a "complaint form" if it is always up. <br />• Good of the Order <br />• Chief — presentation Monday before Council about our plan for policing in residential areas. <br />Tuesday night at Finance and Safety the Chief will be giving his quarterly report. He will <br />bring it to this group next month. Four events coming up — Annual report will be out in April. <br />• Chris — Open and Public Meetings training for next meeting.
