Project Information <br />File Number: L08- 073 — Sundial Cottages <br />Public Hearing Design Review <br />Type of Permit Request: The proposal is to construct a cottage development consisting of nine cottages (11/2 story, < 1000 <br />square foot homes). Review includes assessment of the proposed frontage improvements, landscaping, site design, and <br />architectural design using the criteria delineated in the City of Tukwila's Housing Options Program (Ord. 2103). On February 22, 2010 a Notice of Public <br />Hearing was mailed to surrounding properties, tenants, interested parties, affected agencies, and posted on the site; it was <br />published in The Seattle Times on February 11, 2010. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />& Zoning Designation: Low- Density Residential (LDR) <br />SEPA Compliance: The City SEPA Responsible Official has previously determined that this application does not <br />require a SEPA threshold determination because it is categorically exempt. <br />II.
