Increased to 10 feet if any portion of the yard is within 50 feet of LDR, MDR or HDR. 5. Increased to 15 feet if any portion of the yard is within 50 feet of LDR, MDR or HDR. 6. Increased to Type II if the front yard contains truck loading bays, service areas or outdoor storage. 7. Increased to Type II if any portion of the yard is within 50 feet of LDR, MDR or HDR. 8.
