F. Under-Awning/Canopy Signs <br /> 1. Summary of Code Requirements <br /> a. Number of Signs Allowed: One Sign per Business per Facade <br /> b. Location: Only permitted for Canopies adjacent to Public Entrance from <br /> Public or Private Sidewalk into Business <br /> C. Allowable Sign Size: 3 square feet <br /> d. Height: At least 8 feet above sidewalk level <br /> 2, Proposed Under-Awning/Canopy Signs <br /> Tenants with a Tenant Entrance with an Awning or Steel Canopy above may <br /> elect to install an Under-Awning/Canopy Sign per the example shown in Exhibit <br /> 18. At the tenant's option, these signs may be externally illuminated. <br /> G Pole Banners <br /> 1. Summary of Code Requirements <br /> a. Number of Signs Allowed: Not Specified <br /> b� Location Attached to Parking Lot Light Poles. <br /> C. Allowable Sign Size: 10 square feet Each Banner <br /> d.
