EXHIBIT A <br />City of Tukwila <br />53,d Avenue South <br />S 14411 Street to S 137th Street <br />Supplement No. 2 — Property Acquisition Services <br />KPG <br />Scope of Work <br />January 9, 2017 <br />PURPOSE: <br />This supplement is provided to provide right of way and easement acquisition services for <br />the 53rd Avenue S project. Following completion of the selected roadway alternative, it has <br />been determined that additional property rights are needed on 19 parcels along the project <br />corridor in order to accommodate required retaining walls, luminaires, utility vaults, and <br />curb returns.
