The public will b, able m purchase pet licenses bu person u/ the County Licensing <br />Division public service counter in downtown Seattle (500 41h Avenue), King County <br />Community Service Centers and the Kent Animal Shelter during regular business <br />hours. The County will maintain on its vvebaitu the capacity for residents t" <br />purchase pet licenses ^n-|in,. <br />2. The County may seek to engage and maintain a variety of private sector partners <br />(ug. veterinary clinics, pet stores, grocery stores, city halls, apartment complexes) ue <br />hosts for locations where licenses can be sold or promoted in addition to County <br />3. The County will furnish licenses and application forms and other materials mthe <br />City for its use in selling licenses w the public at City facilities and at public events. <br />4. The County will publicize reminders and information about pet licensing from time <br />to time through inserts in County mailings mresidents and *` the County's public <br />television channel. <br />5 The County will annually mail o, E-mail at least one renewal form, reminder and <br />late notice (as applicable) to the last known addresses of all City residents who <br />purchased a pet license from the County within the previous year (using a rolling <br />12-month calendar). <br />6. The County may make telephone reminder calls u^uo effort to encourage pet <br />license renewals. <br />r. The County shall mail pet license tags ^, renewal notices ua appropriate t" <br />individuals who purchase new or renew their pet licenses. <br />8, The County will maintain o database ^( pets owned, owners, addresses and <br />violations. <br />9. The County will provide limited sales and marketing support inxneffort to <br />maintain the existing licensing base and increase future license sales. The County <br />reserves the right to determine the level vf sales and marketing support provided <br />from year to year in consultation with the Joint City-County Cojl,&oratioll <br />Committee.
