200—PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> Task 201 —Preconstruction <br /> Review of construction contract and City supplied construction management documents; attend meetings as <br /> requested by the City. Organize and conduct the Pre-Construction conference. Plan and organize forms, <br /> standards and documentation to be used during construction for tracking adherence to contract documents by <br /> construction contractor. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> a) Contract document review comments. <br /> b) Provide pre-construction meeting documents (agenda, sign in sheet, draft and final meeting minutes, <br /> etc) <br /> c) Prepare logs for: <br /> i. Change Orders, <br /> ii. Issues/potential changes <br /> iii. ROM/RAM, <br /> iv. Submittal log <br /> V. RFI's, <br /> vi. Non-Conformance Reports <br /> vii. Required documentation (sublets, affidavits, debarment, certification for fed projects, and <br /> other required forms for prime/subs) <br /> viii. Training program and trainee hours <br /> ix. Equipment rates/Labor rates <br /> X. Force Account <br /> xi. Pay Estimate Ledger and quantity tracking <br /> xii. DBE <br /> xiii. Ticket logs <br /> xiv. Wage rate interviews <br /> xv. Field Memos <br /> xvi. Design changes <br /> xvii. Incidents <br /> xviii. Correspondence <br /> 300—CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> Task 301 -Construction Services—General and Administrative Construction Management of <br /> Construction Contract <br /> The Consultant, under the direction of the City's Project Manager, shall provide the following: <br /> a) Provide monthly construction schedule review with corresponding technical analysis prepared by <br /> Resident Engineer including review of logic, durations, and work zones. <br /> b) Review Contractor's submittals(RAMs,TESC& SPCC Plan, TCP, shop drawings, etc.)for initial <br /> conformance with contract requirements. Distribute to appropriate reviewer as necessary and provide <br /> draft responses for approval by the City. <br /> c) Provide and/or coordinate draft responses to Contractor's Requests for Information (RFI's)for <br /> approval by the City <br /> d) Provide Field Directives to the Contractor as required with prior approval by the City. <br /> e) Review and make recommendations on requested Change Orders—includes review of Contractor's <br /> cost proposal.
