Draft, distribution and finalization of Weekly Construction Project Progress Meeting minutes <br /> ii. Prior to meeting, update and distribute logs for Submittals, RFI's, NCR's, Change Orders <br /> iii. Prior to meeting, update and distribute to the City the Potential Cost Issue Log <br /> iv. Receipt of Contractor's Daily Diary for preceding weeks work <br /> V. Review of Contractor's Record Drawings <br /> m) Provide project administration per WSDOT and Federal requirements,which will include, and not <br /> be limited to(Construction Management budget is based upon the following items—additional <br /> items would need to be reviewed for potential cost impacts): <br /> i. Equal Employment Opportunity and Monthly Utilization Reports. <br /> ii. Prevailing wage verifications and interviews. <br /> iii. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Training Goals. <br /> iv. Record of Materials(ROM), Certificate of Material Origin and Manufacturer <br /> V. Certificate of Compliance tracking. <br /> n) Maintain construction files using a format provided by the City. <br /> o) Update logs contained in 201c at least monthly and distribute as requested by City <br /> p) Punch list. Upon substantial completion of work, coordinate with the City and other affected <br /> agencies, to perform a project inspection and develop a 'punch list' of items to be completed. <br /> q) Prepare substantial completion and close out documentation as requested. This can include: <br /> i. Orderly transfer of field records and documents, including as-built drawings and <br /> specifications. <br /> ii. Resolution of outstanding contractual issues e.g. changes or claims. <br /> iii. Assessment of liquidated damages, if any. <br /> iv. Contractor's final payment. <br /> r) Review and verification of complete project files prior to delivery to City. Includes periodic internal <br /> audits (mid-point with monthly follow up on any deficient items)to ensure documentation is complete. <br /> s) Coordinate with contractor to obtain outstanding project documentation <br /> t) Other tasks as requested by the City. Consultant shall request additional funding if it appears that the <br /> additional tasks will exceed the approved budget. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> a) Monthly construction schedule review <br /> b) Consolidate, review and conform draft responses for Contractor's submittals and RFI's. Distribute <br /> upon approval. <br /> c) Draft Field Directives for City's review. Distribute upon approval. <br /> d) Change order review and opinion for entitlement, quantum and schedule impact. <br /> e) Draft Correction Notices (Non Conformance Report) for City's review. Distribute upon approval. <br /> f) Draft Stop Work Notices for City's review. Distribute upon approval. <br /> g) Prepare and distribute draft meeting minutes for review and comments. Consolidate comments, <br /> finalize and distribute meeting minutes. <br /> h) Update and distribute logs prior to Weekly Construction Progress Meeting <br /> i) Complete WSDOT and Federal contract administration as outlined above. <br /> j) Construction document files upon completion of project.
