8.03.02 Construction Office Support Services—Grady Way <br /> The CONSULTANT shall provide Construction Office Support Services on an "on-call" basis at the CITY's <br /> request during the construction phase of the project. Construction Office Support Services may include <br /> the following: <br /> A. Pre-Construction Meetings: The CONSULTANT will attend up to two (2) pre-construction <br /> meetings. This may include the general pre-construction meeting with the prime contractor and <br /> subcontractors, and also a pre-construction meeting that is dedicated to the discussion of curb <br /> ramp and sidewalk construction. The CONSULTANT will prepare a draft agenda and submit draft <br /> notes. The CONSULTANT shall finalize the meeting notes. <br /> B. Construction Meetings: The CONSULTANT will attend construction meetings as requested. This <br /> task assumes three (3) meetings. This task assumes that DEA's CM team will prepare meeting <br /> agendas, and finalize the draft meeting notes and distribute them. <br /> C. Review Selected Shop Drawings and Material Submittals: The CONSULTANT will review and <br /> recommend action on selected Contractor materials submittals, shop drawings, and material test <br /> reports as requested by the CITY. The effort for this task is for input/support of the review of shop <br /> drawings and materials submittals by the Contractor to the CITY. <br /> D. Requests for Information(RFIs): At the CITY's request,the CONSULTANT may be asked to provide <br /> assistance in answering the Contractor's RFIs. <br /> E. Change Orders(COs):At the CITY's request,the CONSULTANT may be asked to provide assistance <br /> to the CITY in reviewing change order proposals and developing required information for COs.Work <br /> may include preparation of drawings and supporting information. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. Material testing services are not included in this Scope of Work. <br /> 2. The CONSULTANT level of effort for Review of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFI°s and <br /> Change Orders is limited to hours shown in the fee proposal. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Shop drawing and material submittal reviews. <br /> 2. Responses to RFIs. <br /> 3. Drawings,calculations,and specifications required for change orders. <br /> 8.03.03 Construction Field Support Services <br /> The CONSULTANT shall provide Construction Field Support Services on an "on-call" basis at the CITY's <br /> request during the construction phase of the project. <br /> A. Field Investigations: the CONSULTANT will assist the CITY with any requests where field <br /> construction modifications or additions require field investigation and the written recommendation <br /> of a professional engineer or surveyor. This task assumes one (1) modification or addition. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Drawings,sketches,field notes,calculations,engineer reports, and other records as required. <br /> 8.03.84 As-Built Record Drawings <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare as-built record drawings at the completion of the project.
