The Local Agency of the City of Tukwila desires to supplement the agreement entered into with KPFF Consulting Engineers and executed on and identified as Agreement No. 07 -123 All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement. The changes to the agreement are described as follows: I Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read: See attached scope of work. II Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION.. is amended to chanae the number of calendar days for completion of the work to read: Contract completion date remains as December 31, 2017. III Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows: This supplement increases the contract value by $77,798.67, increasing the previously authorized maximum amount payable to $2,153,200.32. as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
