Baker Blvd Road Diet & Christensen Road Improvements <br />Plan, Specification and Cost Estimate (PSE) <br />Scope of Work <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES <br />KPFF is currently under contract with the City of Tukwila (City) for the Plans, <br />Specifications and Cost Estimate (PS&E) Phase of the Tukwila Urban Center <br />Pedestrian/ Bicycle Bridge project. This supplement provides additional services <br />related to: <br />• Creating a new set of Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimate (PS&E) <br />combining the following previously designed elements: <br />1. Sidewalk, landscaping and illumination improvements from the <br />intersection of the Green River Trail (GRT) and Christensen Rd <br />south toward and including the intersection of Baker Blvd and <br />Christensen Rd. <br />2. Channelization, roadway signing and striping work of Baker Blvd <br />from the intersection of Christensen Rd west toward the <br />intersection of Andover Park W including signal, and ITS <br />modifications at Andover Park E. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The following is a scope of work for additional design services in support of this <br />project's PSE Phase. <br />Task No. 1.0 Project Management and Administration <br />Task No. 1.10 - Project Management, Coordination & Invoicing <br />Team members shall provide continuous internal project management and <br />project team coordination. Team members shall prepare monthly invoices for <br />work completed. KPFF shall compile the invoices into a single document to be <br />submitted to the City. <br />Task No. 1.20 —Tearn Meetings <br />Team members shall meet internally to discuss project reorganization and <br />design issues.
