Page 3 <br />KPFF and KPG shall repackage current design plans incorporating any <br />aforementioned modifications into a complete set of Plans for submittal to the <br />City. <br />Task No. 3.20 - Update Quantities, Cost Estimate & Specifications <br />KPFF and KPG shall update and/or calculate bid item quantities for the work <br />shown in the Plans. An updated cost estimate shall be provided based upon <br />these quantities and review of current bid tabulations provided by the City. A <br />summary of quantities and a cost estimate shall be provided to the City for the <br />Draft Final and Final/Bid PS&E packages (see Task 3.30). <br />KPFF and KPG shall provide a complete Specifications package including <br />Divisions 1 through 10 and front end proposal documents. The specifications <br />shall be per the 2016 WSDOT Standard Specifications including any necessary <br />City special provisions. The City shall provide a specification and proposal <br />boilerplate for and any required forms associated with state and/or federal <br />funding. <br />Specifications shall be provided to the City for the Draft Final and Final/Bid <br />PS&E packages (see Task 3.30). <br />Task 3.30 - Submittal Preparation (Draft Final & Final/Bid) <br />KPFF and KPG shall prepare and submit a Draft Final and Final/Bid PS&E <br />package described above to the City. The Draft Final submittal shall be <br />prepared and submitted to the City for review and comment. Comments <br />received shall be discussed and responses to comments shall be generated for <br />City review and agreement. The Draft Final PS&E package shall be modified as <br />required based upon these comments and a Final/Bid submittal shall be <br />generated <br />The Final/Bid PS&E package shall be stamped, sealed and submitted to the <br />City for inclusion in the bid package. <br />Assumptions <br />• No additional storm drainage report work is included. The Storm Drainage <br />Report for the Tukwila Urban Center Bicycle/Bridge Project is assumed to <br />be adequate for permitting approval for this construction package. <br />• WSDOT MEF documentation for curb ramp layout is not included. <br />• No additional permitting effort is included. <br />• No additional right-of-way acquisition is included at this time. Additional <br />acquisition may be necessary for ideal curb ramp layout at the intersection <br />of Baker Blvd and Andover Park E. <br />Deliverables <br />• Plans and details to be included in Draft Final and Final/Bid level <br />submittal set (3 hardcopies, I electronic). <br />24 <br />
