Document and maintain records of training provided and the staff trained. • Training public works personnel including field staff, new employees, development review and planning department personnel relating to Low Impact Development (LID) principals and LID Best Management Practices (BMPs). • Provide a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for all City owned or operated heavy equipment maintenance or storage yards and material storage yards.
