PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. NPDES Program 2016 Annual Report and 2017 Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan <br />Staff provided an overview of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br />2016 Annual Report and 2017 Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan. The Annual <br />Report reflects activities completed by the City in 2016. The SWMP Plan is required by the <br />NPDES Program to show that the City complies with requirements outlined in the NPDES Phase <br />II permit. The SWMP Plan contains required elements including public education and outreach, <br />public involvement and participation, illicit discharge detection and elimination, runoff control, <br />municipal operations and maintenance, compliance with total maximum daily load <br />requirements, and monitoring and assessment. INFORMATION ONLY. <br />B. Supplemental Agreement: South 144th Street Phase II (42nd Avenue South - TIB) <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a supplemental agreement with KPG, Inc. in the amount of <br />$299,988.75 for construction management services for the South 144th Street Phase II Project. <br />This agreement will include construction engineering, inspection, documentation compliance, <br />surveying, geotechnical and material testing supports. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD <br />TO APRIL 3, 2017 REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. <br />C. Boeing Access Road over BNRR Bridge Rehabilitation Project. <br />This item is on hold due to WSDOT concerns about the proposed bid award. RETURN TO <br />COMMITTEE. <br />D. State of the City's BLd-g_es <br />Staff briefed the Committee on the entire bridge inventory, discussing overall condition and <br />potential future actions. The City owns 23 bridges, 16 of which bear traffic and 7 pedestrian - <br />only. Copies of the City Engineer's Bridge Inspection Report were distributed to the Committee. <br />INFORMATION ONLY. <br />
