Bridge Replacement Advisory Committee (BRAC) Applications <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval to submit two applications to the Washington State <br />Department of Transportation for federal bridge funds through the Local Agency Bridge <br />Program, commonly known as Bridge Replacement Advisory Committee (BRAC) funding. The <br />applications will be for $12,330,000 for the replacement of the 42nd Avenue South Bridge and for <br />$2,323,000 for the seismic upgrade of South Boeing Access Road over Airport Way. Both <br />applications assume a 2020 construction start date. UNANIMOUS COMMITTEE APPROVAL. <br />III. SCATBd <br />No report was given. <br />IV.
