Phase III <br />City of Tukwila <br />Amendment 7 <br />Scope of Work <br />The scope of work is amended as follows: <br />General Assumptions <br />Work described in the original contract and subsequent amendments 1 through 6 has been <br />completed. This includes the preparation of Bid documents and services during bidding. This <br />amendment is for services during the construction phase. <br />The contract date shall extend to June 30, 2018 <br />TASK 1 <br />1. Project Management <br />Additional project management is required for the preparation of progress reports and invoicing. <br />The additional duration for purposes of project management is assumed to be 12 months. This <br />assumes that we will on bill bi- monthly during the winter construction shutdown. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Monthly progress reports and invoices (12) <br />TASK 13 <br />13. Services During Construction (New) <br />The City is responsible for the day to day management of the construction contractor. <br />CONSULTANT will provide the following support to the City during construction. <br />13.1 Services During Construction <br />The CONSULTANT will support the CITY throughout the construction by providing design <br />clarification, reviewing Contractor submittals, and providing responses to the Contractor's <br />requests for information. <br />This task effort is limited to the hours shown in the attached fee determination sheet. <br />The CONSULTANT will provide written responses to the Contractor's request for interpretation <br />or clarification of the contract documents. <br />9 <br />
