City of Tukwila Agreement Number: 12 -010 <br />6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila WA 98188 <br />CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br />Amendment #7 <br />Between the City of Tukwila and CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. <br />That portion of Contract No. 12 -010 between the City of Tukwila and CI-12M Hill Engineers, <br />Inc. is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 2: Scope of Services shall be supplemented with the following: <br />The Consultant agrees to perform construction phase support services, as identified on <br />Exhibit A -1 attached hereto, including the provision of all labor, materials, equipment and <br />supplies. <br />Section 3: Time for Performance shall be modified as follows: <br />Work under this contract shall commence upon the giving of written notice by the City to <br />the Consultant to proceed. The Consultant shall perform all services and provide all work <br />product pursuant to this Agreement by June 30, 2018, unless an extension of such time is <br />granted in writing by the City. <br />Section 4: Payment, A. shall be supplemented with the following: <br />A. Payment for the work provided by the Consultant shall be made as provided in Exhibit <br />B, attached hereto, provided that the total amount of payment to the Consultant for <br />this work shall not exceed $50,267.26 without express written modification of the <br />Agreement signed by the City.
