40th - 42ND Avenue South - Phase III <br />City of Tukwila <br />V. Assumptions <br />a. Staffing levels are anticipated in accordance with the attached budget estimate (Exhibit <br />B). <br />b. The level of effort required will not exceed the approved budget without prior approval <br />by City. The approved budget is based upon a 165 Working Day construction contract <br />with zero (0) Unworkable Days. Work is anticipated to begin construction in June 2017. <br />Should further services be required, or should construction run longer than this time <br />period, and if costs exceed the approved budget, the City will negotiate a supplement to <br />this Agreement. <br />c. The City will provide field office, intemet aeeess, p ntin g and seanning Gapabi�and <br />arl<in for field personnel. <br />d. Consultant has the authority to shift budget between work tasks provided the overall <br />project budget remains unchanged. <br />e. Project closeout will be completed within 30 calendar days following issuance of <br />®substantial completion. Should further services be required, or should closeout run <br />longer than this time period, and if costs exceed the approved budget, the City will <br />negotiate a supplement to this Agreement. <br />.4.
