Sprint provides long distance telecommunication services and <br />transmission of voice, data, and video. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The attached Franchise Ordinance would allow Sprint to operate and maintain its <br />telecommunications facilities within City of Tukwila rights-of-way. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Under the terms of the Franchise, Sprint Communications Company will pay a $5,000 <br />administrative fee within 30 days of franchise approval. <br />19MOMINIMA IM9 <br />Council is being asked to approve the Ordinance that will grant a Franchise Agreement to Sprint <br />Communications Company and consider this item on the Consent Agenda at the September 18, <br />2017 Regular Meeting. <br />Attachment-, Draft Franchise Ordinance <br />mlpw oil morno tip On i 9.0.11Aocx <br />195 <br />
