An outline of the expected agenda <br />for the Initiation Meeting follows. <br />• Project Team <br />— Review roles, responsibilities, and personnel assignments <br />— Identify primary contacts and exchange contact information <br />• Software <br />— Verify licensing details (products and users) <br />• Project Plan <br />— Set dates for IT Audit, Installation, and Kickoff tasks — our recommendation is for the IT <br />Audit to be completed as soon as possible, and Installation to be completed prior to <br />Kickoff <br />• Action Items <br />— Deliver "Welcome to the Lucity Family" information packet <br />Participants in the Initiation Meeting should include the following Project Team members: <br />• Lucity • City <br />— Project Manager — Project Manager <br />— Relationship Manager — System Administrator <br />— IT Specialist — Project Sponsor <br />D.1.B IT AUDIT <br />A meeting will take place as soon as possible after Initiation for us to provide guidance to the City's IT <br />SME (Subject Matter Expert) pertaining to LucityAM enterprise architecture and security designs.
