Exhibit A-1 Scope of Work <br />Continued <br />Otak will provide a review of the Specifications Manual at the 90 percent and Final design levels. <br />The City will provide revisions as necessary. <br />Otak will prepare an estimated construction schedule to determine the number of working days for <br />the construction contract, for review by the City at approximately the 90 percent design level. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Special Provisions at 90 -percent and 100 -percent design (pdf format and MS Word format)., <br />sealed by a Washington state registered PE. <br />2.
