Good <br />conversation with the other property owners. Economic Development continues to <br />work with the businesses, and is working on a business assistance plan. Want to take <br />more time to listen to the businesses to better understand what they need. For <br />example, many of the businesses expressed a desire to move together to the same <br />location. 22 business licenses. Business assistance plan by the end of January. We plan <br />to file the petition for eminent domain with the court in December. Working toward <br />voluntary sales wherever possible.
