One <br />architect said we need 10-15, another said 11, and we are buying 10. Aggressively <br />helping Heiser to locate properties nearby. Considering phasing in the property to give <br />Heiser more time. <br /> <br /> important <br />to plan for the future. Had the City purchased all of the land on Southcenter Blvd several <br />years ago, we would not have to buy a lot of land now. <br /> <br />The group expressed concern that the businesses will be negatively impacted. <br /> <br />b.Review Fire Station 51 schematic design <br />Keeping contaminants out of living area. Trucks and bays more public, living areas more <br />private. Internal courtyard for training, barbequing, etc. Roof line extensions for a bay <br />and living area that could be filled in later if expansion is needed. Construction <br />scheduled to begin October 2018. <br /> <br />GCCM on board to tell us how much they think it will cost. Architect has an estimate, <br />they negotiate. Schematic design estimate in January 2018 30% design. Then Design <br />development 60%.
