1 foundation to develop a comprehensive 3D spinal cord atlas with the <br />2 goal of providing clinicians and researchers with a digital map of <br />3 the spinal cord. <br />4 (59) $250,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />5 year 2019 is provided solely for the department to contract with the <br />6 Washington state microenterprise association to assist people with <br />7 limited incomes in nonmetro areas of the state to start and sustain <br />8 small businesses and embrace the effects of globalization. <br />9 (60) $240,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />10 year 2019 is provided solely for the implementation of Substitute <br />11 House Bill No. 2367 (child care collaboration task force). If the <br />12 bill is not enacted by June 30, 2018, the amount provided in this <br />13 subsection shall lapse. <br />14 (61) $174,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />15 year 2019 is provided solely for the implementation of Third <br />16 Substitute House Bill No. 2382 (surplus public property). If the bill <br />17 is not enacted by June 30, 2018, the amount provided in this <br />18 subsection shall lapse. <br />19 (62) $31,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />20 year 2019 is provided solely for the implementation of Substitute <br />21 House Bill No. 2667 (essential needs/ABD programs). If the bill is <br />22 not enacted by June 30, 2018, the amount provided in this subsection <br />23 shall lapse. <br />24 (63) (a) $300,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for <br />25 fiscal year 2019 and $300,000 of the general fund—local appropriation <br />26 are provided solely for the department to contract with a consultant <br />27 to study the current and ongoing impacts of the SeaTac international <br />28 airport. The general fund—state funding provided in this subsection <br />29 serves as a state match and may not be spent unless $300,000 of local <br />30 matching funds is transferred to the department. The department must <br />31 seek feedback on project scoping and consultant selection from the <br />32 cities listed in (b) of this subsection. <br />33 (b) The study must include, but not be limited to: <br />34 (i) The impacts that the current and ongoing airport operations <br />35 have on quality of life associated with air traffic noise, public <br />f 36 health, traffic, congestion, and parking in residential areas, <br />37 pedestrian access to and around the airport, public safety and crime <br />38 within the cities, effects on residential and nonresidential property <br />39 values, and economic development opportunities, in the cities of <br />p. 44 <br />ESSB 6032.PL 81 <br />
