1 SeaTac, Burien, Des Moines, Tukwila, Federal Way, Normandy Park, and <br />2 other impacted neighborhoods; and <br />3 (ii) Options and recommendations for mitigating any negative <br />4 impacts identified through the analysis. <br />5 (c) The department must collect data and relevant information <br />6 from various sources including the port of Seattle, listed cities and <br />7 communities, and other studies. <br />8 (d) The study must be delivered to the legislature by December 1, <br />(9 2019. <br />10 (64)(a) $125,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for <br />11 fiscal year 2019 is provided solely for the department of commerce to <br />12 provide a grant to a nonprofit organization to assist fathers <br />13 transitioning from incarceration to family reunification. The grant <br />14 recipient must have experience contracting with: <br />15 (i) The department of corrections to support offender betterment <br />16 projects; and <br />17 (ii) The department of social and health services to provide <br />18 access and visitation services. <br />19 (b) The grant recipient must provide data on program outcomes to <br />20 the Washington statewide reentry council. This data must be included <br />21 in the Washington statewide reentry council's report of activities <br />22 and recommendations to the governor and appropriate committees of the <br />23 legislature as required by RCW 43.380.050. <br />24 (65) $1,000,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for <br />25 fiscal year 2019 is provided solely for the department of contract <br />26 with organizations and attorneys to provide legal representation <br />27 and/or referral services for legal representation to indigent persons <br />28 who are in need of legal services for matters related to their <br />29 immigration status. Persons eligible for assistance under this <br />30 contract must be determined to be indigent under standards developed <br />31 under chapter 10.101 RCW. <br />32 (66) $150,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />33 year 2019 is provided solely for a small business innovation exchange <br />34 project to increase economic development opportunities for women, <br />35 minority, and veteran owned small businesses in the south King county <br />36 region. <br />37 (67) $100,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal <br />38 year 2019 is provided solely for a grant to the city of Federal Way <br />39 for an emergency shelter to serve homeless families with children. <br />p. 45 ESSB 6032.PL <br />82 <br />
