A covered area near the drop-off zone will increase the quality and <br />practicality of the entry to the school.” <br />Condition #4 – Revised language: Strike, “and seating” <br />Staff and the applicant did not come to an agreement, <br />Condition #6 - Revised language: staff <br />recommended that revised design of the service area be administratively reviewed at the <br />time of building permit stage. <br />. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mann <br /> made a motion to approve Case Number L17-0013, Design Review, B2K with <br />staff’s recommendations, based on findings and conclusions in the staff report prepared for the June 22, <br />2017 meeting. and conditions number 3 and 4, as amended. Commissioner Martinez seconded the motion. <br />All were in favor. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mann <br /> made a motion to approve Case Number L17-0013, L17-0014, and L17-0015 with <br />staff’s recommendations, based on the findings and conclusions contained in the staff report prepared for <br />the June 22, 2017 meeting, and conditions, as amended. Commissioner Martinez seconded the motion. All <br />were in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />Director’s Report: <br /> <br /> Staff noted that they handed out the Tukwila International Blvd Congress of New Urbanism Report <br />to the Commission with a memo of the next steps in the planning process.
