Page 3 <br />Public Hearing Minutes <br />July 26, 2018 <br /> <br /> Staff will work with the applicant to create additional renderings illustrating recommended <br />conditions of approval number 2, 5 and 8 and come back to the Commission with a <br />recommendation. <br /> Applicant shall submit the materials requested in "Informational Items" at the end of the <br />staff report. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hansen moved to continue the public hearing to August 23, 2018, 6:30 PM. <br />Commissioner Strander seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> Staff gave an update of projects scheduled for the Planning Commission to review. <br />th <br /> Staff said there is a tentative PC tour scheduled for August 16 of their previously <br />approved projects.
