Page 3 <br />Public Hearing Minutes <br />July 26, 2018 <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />• Staff will return to the Commission with more information on the size of the street trees <br />shown at maturity and will work with the applicant's landscape architect to select larger <br />street trees if necessary. <br />• Staff will work with the applicant to create additional renderings illustrating recommended <br />conditions of approval number 2, 5 and 8 and come back to the Commission with a <br />recommendation. <br />• Applicant shall submit the materials requested in "Informational Items" listed at the end of <br />the staff report. <br />MOTION: <br />Commissioner Hansen moved to continue the public hearing to August 23 2018, 6:30 PM. <br />Commissioner Strander seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br />• Staff gave an update of projects scheduled forthe Planning Commission to review. <br />• Staff said there is a tentative PC tour of the Commission's previously approved projects <br />scheduled for August 16th.
