IMPACT: <br />COMMENT: <br />FINANCIAL <br />(in $000's) <br />2019 to 2024 <br />East Marginal Wy S Stormwater Outfalls <br />Project No. 91041204 <br />Establish legal drainage connections from East Marginal Way South to the Duwamish River. <br />Drainage from E Marginal Wy S is discharged through outfalls owned and operated by the Boeing Co., <br />Jorgensen Forge, and two King County Airport storm systems without easements. <br />Jorgensen Forge outfall was closed in 2011 under an order from the US EPA. The Boeing Company <br />contacted the City in 2009 requesting that the City take over ownership of to eir storm line and outfall.
