How do you stop additions, changes, etc. to outside of houses if <br />individually owned? <br />b. A limit of the number of rentals allowed in the cottages must be <br />established since you cannot prevent these cottages from becoming <br />rentals. <br />c. If you develop quality sell to individuals who do not know how to <br />maintain quality, this area the neighborhood will deteriorate rapidly <br />because of the density. If individuals maintain quality, it could be a very <br />nice addition to the community. <br />7. Owner Occupied <br />a. Many seniors do not want to live in 1 '/2 story housing. <br />b. Who determines enforces the rules in a homeowner's association? <br />c. If rules are not adhered to no one enforces them initially, can they be <br />legally enforced later? <br />d. If there is a group of like minded homeowners who want to allow <br />something, can they change the rules? <br />e. The city is not allowed to intervene on private property to keep it <br />maintained. What is the assurance the area will not become a blight in <br />Tukwila similar to the Key Bank area (Military S 152 St)? <br />11. The site plan feels like <br />a separate community is being created by the isolation of the development. It <br />appears as its own little coilimunity not as part ()I* Our community.
