This is the <br />structure at the inlet to the culvert that carries Gilliam <br />Creek under Southcenter Blvd. <br />Rebuild needs to have something similar to the rack on <br />the Gilliam Creek inlet that goes to the river and also <br />improve access to this structure so the crew can <br />maintain it. Engineer has been told about issue and is <br />proposing a piped system that drains both to <br />Christensen Rd and to APE.
