Surveyed in 2008. <br />There are three possible solutions to resolve this issue; <br />1) obtain easements from private property owners to <br />construct new drainage system to the west, 2) construct <br />a deep storm line to Ryan Way, 3) install several <br />infiltration structures along the flow path. The <br />preferred method will need to be determined during <br />design. <br />Construction $ 80,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25% 20,000 <br />Total $ 100,000 <br />3 <br />Allentown — 48th, 49`'' S. 124th — These streets have no <br />formal drainage and have always had problems with <br />runoff into yards and homes from right-of-way. <br />Install new drainage systems in street one street at a <br />time. <br />Construction $ 175,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25%© 43.750 <br />Total (Each) $ 218,750 <br />3 <br />Trail #14 at S. 168th & 53`d — Install storm system under <br />sidewalk to get rid of deep ditch to residence there. <br />From dead end of S. 168th to storm line on 53`d <br />Install (2) Type I catch basins and 400 feet of 12" pipe. <br />Remove deep ditch on north side of home's property. <br />Construction $ 100,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25% 25.000 <br />Total $ 125,000 <br />3 <br />S. 124`h from 43' to corner of 42', north side of street. <br />Construct 275' of 12" pipe and approximately 5 Type I <br />catch basins. <br />Construction $ 80,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25% 25,000 <br />Total $ 105,000 <br />3 <br />On 34th & Military Road — Root plugged, old culvert tile <br />pipe. <br />Replace 18" pipe from Military Road (through old gas <br />station) to 34th, then to corner of S. 144th Street <br />(Approximately 485 ft and 5 Type II manholes) <br />Construction $ 125,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25% 31,250 <br />Total $ 152,525 <br />3 <br />Old broken pipe from ditch on 45th Ave. S. to S. 137th <br />Mismatched pipes, junk system. <br />Replace approximately 450 feet of 12" pipe and add (8) <br />catch basins on east side of 45`h. <br />Construction $ 130,000 <br />Eng/Cont 25% 32,500 <br />Total $ 162,500 <br />
