Staff agreed to use <br />the internal long-term agenda document as a way to keep the <br />Commission up to date on upcoming legislative issues. It will be included <br />in the packet moving forward with the understanding that sometimes <br />things are placed last-minute on the agendas. <br />• Overview of GREI Advancing Racial Equity Conference — City staff provided an <br />overview of the Advancing Racial Equity Conference attended by many <br />representatives of, as well as sponsored by, the City of Tukwila. <br />• Update on Community Engagement Manager position — Staff indicated that the <br />posting was deferred until after the new year. The goal is to have the time to do <br />the recruitment well and ensure it is publicized to a broad and diverse group. <br />VI. Miscellaneous <br />No miscellaneous items were discussed. <br />VII.
